New Brunswick and Nova Scotia have until Wednesday to apply for federal funding to protect the Chignecto Isthmus from climate change. The federal government will cover half of the cost, but the premiers want Ottawa to pay the entire estimated cost of about $300-million dollars. And they're threatening to take the issue to court.
