Always keep your eyes open and look around you for those who are ready for next steps.
Those who are asking questions.
Those who show up early and pitch in to help.
Newer believers, younger believers
People who are going through or have recently been though a transition, often see the need to grow.
Listen, who is talking about wanting to or needing to grow.
Be willing to meet them more than half-way. You make the offer. Not as a teacher but as a fellow traveler on the path toward Jesus. Let's go together!
