  • Episode 66: Moonwalker, Texas Ranger - With Sudden Double Deep

What happens when you take two cultural icons and then let them do movies that literally no-one asked for? Found out in this weeks episode, Moonwalker, Texas Ranger. Michael Jackson and Chuck Norris are moving, grooving and spin kicking their way through the bad guys and into your hearts.

One thing is for damn sure, there is nothing quite like either of these two movies.

Fuzzy is joined by two thirds of the excellent Sudden Double Deep - Triple Bill Title Podcast, Darryl and Janette on an interesting look back at some of the most fascinating people of our time. And Chuck Norris.

Prepare yourself, this episode is jam packed full of great stories and worth a listen. If you need more of the Sudden Double Deep magic, subscribe and like them on your regular podcatcher and enjoy.

  • Episode 65: Home Alone 2: Escape from New York - With Caleb from Netflix N' Swill

It's alive! IT'S ALIVE!!! The mysterious lost tapes have been recovered from the black hole of the interwebs and we're back on track. This week, Fuzzy plays host to friendo of the show Caleb from the essential Netflix N' Swill Podcast, What Does He Know? Does He Know Things?? Let's Find Out!

Fuzzy and Caleb get a double dose of New York when they discuss the Macaulay Culkin classic, and prequel to the Saw franchise, (?) 1992s, Home Alone 2: Lost In New York. Alongside the movie that Kurt Russell considers his finest work, 1981s Escape from New York.

For two movies that are based in New York, we talk a surprisingly small amount about the actual city itself. Although hardcore Pundits will remember that this is par for the course. Go back to the "Gangs of New Jack City" episode with Donnie from More Gooder Than for addtional ill informed travel advice regarding the city that never sleeps.

  • Episode 64: Fuzzy Done Fudged It!

In what was due to be an epic crossover with Caleb from the constantly busy and entertaining, Netflix N' Swill podcast, comes a special edition minisode for your listening pleasure. It's the Fuzzy Done Fudged It! special. A proverbial podcasting phoenix rising from the ashes of a burning fudge fest. A Fudge Phoenix, the rarest of all Phoenixes (or is it Phoenii?).

Choc full of mini segments that are almost too unbelievable to mention, Fuzzy tries his best to recover the little scraps of his sanity/dignity/humanity that remain. Not to worry, normality will return shortly and our good buddy, Caleb (first of his name), will be on for a new episode.

Mentioned during this episode, it's the Picture This: Live at the Melbourne International Comedy Fest. event. Yes, Fuzzy will be there, looking his fuzziest and jolliest for the special occassion. If you're in Melbourne, book yourself a ticket for this one-off event.

  • Episode 63: Furious George - With The PodFix Family

Coming at you with more testosterone than a Stallone Pre-Workout Shake, it's Furious George. 2001s The Fast And The Furious starring the Blonde Keanu Reeves and a human sized Stretch Armstrong with a shaved head vs the 2006 animated meh fest, Curious George with Will Ferrell and "Are You" Drew Barrymore.

Fuzzy hosts a duo of PodFix Family rev-heads when Dan from the Netflix N' Swill podcast and WSTP? legend, JayLostTheDay from Now In Technicolor, cruise on by to drop some knowledge NOS on us. Standby for one of the most amazing English accents ever attempted on this show.

So pack a pair of race raver pants, choose a favourite neon-coloured-under-powered-Japanese-import-crap-mobile, and appropriately prepare yourself for a literal assault on your senses.

  • Episode 62: Touch of Resident Evil - With Nick from Epic Film Guys

It's quite literally the best vs. the worst in this weeks episode when Cinematic Master, Orson Welles, is pitted against Cinematic Disaster, Paul W.S. Anderson (again???) in Touch of Resident Evil. 1958s Touch of Evil starting Orson Welles and Mexican Charlton Heston (no... really) and 2002s Resident Evil starring (say it with me now) Mee-luh Yo-vo-vitch.

Fuzzy finally gets to play host to the man, the legend, Nick from The Epic Film Guys, in an episode crossover more one sided than a conversation with a Kardashian. If you know anything of these two movies, than you'll know that this could only go one possible way.

    Or maybe......

Nope. It's a lock. There is, however, a fantastic mashup instore for you this episode. The boys find some hidden gold in them thar' hills. And there is a surprising amount to mine.

Mumble mumble mumble, CHILI, mumble mumble

Most of you will already know, and/or, love Nick and the Epic Film Guys podcast. You might not have listened to the excellent, RestauRant Podcast, which you should correct immediately.

  • Episode 61: Tucker & Dale vs. Freddy vs. Jason vs. Alien vs. Predator

In a world first special edition, Fuzzy is joined by horror aficionado and Aliens franchise apologist, Paul from The Countdown Pod, to take on three movies that the fans thought they wanted and found out quickly that they were wrong…. Oh so wrong.

It’s the 2010 Horror Comedy, Tucker and Dale vs. Evil

    Vs.

The 2003 Slasher Superstar Special, Freddy vs. Jason

    Vs.

The 2004 Monsters of Sci-Fi brawler, Alien vs. Predator.

Take a deep breath and say it with me: Tucker and Dale vs. Freddy vs. Jason vs. Alien vs. Predator. It’s a mouthful, a mind bender and a mountain of mayhem in this weeks super mashup special. Hold onto your pantaloons.

You all know Paul, you love him, and you know where to find him, over at The Countdown Podcast on Podamtic If you don't know him, well.... good luck to you sir/madam

  • Episode 60: The Tree of Life Aquatic - With JD from InSession Film

This week, Fuzzy takes things seriously (no for serious.... I mean it.... stop laughing!!!) when he chats with JD from the excellent, InSession Film Podcast. We take a brief stroll into the serious review territory when we digest the 2011 Terrance Malick experimental drama, The Tree of Life, starring Brad Pitt and some CGI dinosaurs, alongside the 2004 Wes Anderson Dollhouse Play, The Life Aquatic With Steve Zissou, starring Bill Murray and some claymation fish.

These two films are both pretty special and worth your time. Be prepared for something completely different, from both the watching and the episode itself. Marvel as Fuzzy tries to sound like he actually knows what he's talking about. You know, Fuzzy with a serious opinion is a little like a mule with the spinning wheel. No one knows how he got it and danged if he knows how to use it.

At least JD is here to hold his hand through it all. If you love the work that JD does, WSTP? strongly recommends heading on over to the InSession Film Website, where you can find a rich database of critical reviews.

  • Episode 59: Uncle Buckaroo Banzai - With Retro Cinema Podcast

Greetings from the Earth dimension. For those of you who are not of this celestial plane, grab your nearest Overthruster, charge your prototype flux capacitor, don your favourite pair of woolie chaps and hold on for dear life. We are about to travel through particles of podcasts to bring you a message of..... well... we're not quite sure what the message is.

This weeks mashup is jam packed full of crazy with the 80's master John Hughes directed classic, "Uncle Buck" vs. the *insert unknown director here*s mind bender, "The Adventures of Buckaroo Banzai Across The 8th Dimension".

Holy Moses! Stop whatever it is you are doing right now and immediately watch these two movies. It's not required to enjoy this episode, but it bloody well should be. *SPOILER ALERT* They're both fantastic.

In order to take on these two 80s icons, Fuzzy is joined by another cracking Australian Podcasting crew, Angry Man and Gidgit VonLaRue from The Retro Cinema Podcast. And despite given free reign to "play it blue" Angry and Gidgit seem to keep it all above board. Such highbrow.

You can find the Retro Cinema Podcast Website where all good internet is found. Make sure you follow them on Twitter And MOST DEFINITELY check out all the amazing GIFs from Colonel Kickhead.

  • Episode 58: Get Shorty Or Die Tryin' - With Ben Russell

This week, Fuzzy Dan is joined by professional funny person, Ben Russell to chat about one of Ben's favourite films and also one that he has literally no interest in. It's 1995's, Travolta-career-lengthening, Get Shorty vs. 2005's, 50-Cent-"Real Life"- "Biopic", Get Rich or Die Tryin'.

Do John Travolta and 50-Cent really have a lot in common? How is Rene Russo still that hot? And what the heck is going on with Gene Hack-Man's Teeth? Find out in this weeks episode.

Question: Do you say Bio (pause) Pic or Biopic (all as one word)?

You can check out all of Ben's upcoming projects on his Facebook Page. Also you should absolutely get onboard for his new show Restaurant F*ckheads, coming soon to a Fringe or Comedy festival near you.

  • Episode 57: Hitch Perfect - Podcasting PowerCouples Special

Back by popular demand, Fuzzy is joined by the plentiful panel of Podcast PowerCouples (PPC), It's the ever-lovely Mon and her man-boy, Dudi from Shaken Not Nerd, and Fuzzy's special lady person, Hannah. I mean, technically that's only 2 couples, but that totally counts as plentiful.

This week the PPC takes on a pair of films specifically designed with the ladies in mind. It's Will Smith's, Hitch (2005) vs. Girl Power / Glee Rip-Off, Pitch Pefect (2012). A power-pair of movies that make you ask the question, can Hollywood do better?

The answer might surprise you. Or.... if you are a person who has a pulse, you might already know what the answer is.

Stick around to the end to hear a teaser for Podcasting PowerCouples 3 - The Recoupling. Nope.... that sounds gross... SHUT IT DOWN!!!!!
