Welcome back to DECODED. HAPPY WORLDS WEEK!!! We are just a few days away from the start of competition and we are breaking down the individual athletes you might see on the event podiums this year. 

Plus, we’re of course giving you the top 10 headlines you need to know this week, including another FIG update to the MAG Code of Points that is getting some mixed feedback, Simone Biles saying she’ll be at LA 2028 no matter what, and an injury watch for Russian AIN Angelina Melnikova as we head into worlds.

Finally, we’re remembering the life and legacy of former men's gymnast Alexander Dityatin (URS) who passed away this week at the age of 68.
