When 17-year-old Arthur Medina was charged with capital murder, he was certain that his life was over. But after 15 years in solitary confinement, a strange encounter catapulted Arthur into new life in Christ, as well as a new life outside prison walls. Still, Arthur remains convinced that he deserved to die – and that he is not the only one. In this episode, Arthur’s perspective on the death penalty is accompanied by those of a retired prison chaplain who accompanied a man to his death, an innocent man who spent twenty years on death row, activist Shane Claiborne, and members of the Maybe God community.    Want to share your thoughts?
