This last month I've been moving through fatigue. A fatigue I first thought was to do with travelling to Paris, but has extended into a month of feeling ridiculously tired.
Tune in to hear my gentle ramblings attempting to explain what's been going on in my world for the last few weeks - from an intense experience in the Sacre-Couer to tech trouble to Googling 'is it normal to feel tired after writing a book'.
Grab a cuppa and settle in for some behind-the-scenes intel.

The title of this episode says it all really! Neurodivergence holds a special place in my heart. Divergent thinking is what we NEED in order to solve the complex challenges we face as a global society. And yet, for humans who are 'different', the world can be an incredibly cruel and hurtful place.
This is one of my favourite conversations so far because Joanna and I could both geek out about the limitations of the systems that currently dominate the modern-day, Westernised culture we live in.

In this episode I sit down with Eszter Szabo to talk ALL things motherhood - the dark and the light, the good and the bad, the highs and the lows. Eszter's coaching is deeply informed by her own journey through post-natal depression after giving birth to her first child.

We live within a beauty industry that's hellbent on profiting from us feeling like we're 'not enough' as we are. In this solocast episode I get real about my experiences of being brainwashed by the mainstream beauty industry narrative and what happens when we do the work to disentangle ourselves from it.
