- what our fight, flight, freeze, fawn, faint, and dissociate responses might look like day-to-day;
- the inevitable and natural evolutionary journey of moving from mostly living in Surviving Mode to consciously inhabiting Thriving Mode on a more regular basis.
(I missed out 'keeping busy' in the flight/dissociate responses I mention and also shopping, gambling, masturbation, pornography - basically anything we can become addicted to - from the dissociate responses too).
