Who's On Call?

Always the chambelan and never the Quinceanera. Alvaro and his brother have code phrases, "Yo bro. Back to Back?" Rich uses Smart out of context. We all remember little homies stickers. Our homie Cameron Bostet swings by and we chat about bmx, jobs, and watching men pee. Rich never looks both ways while crossing the street on roller blades. Alvaro and Cam find out they share ink from a mutual friend. Rick brings up useless facts about sex with manatees. #themoreyouknow

We welcome our homie Derrick Glasper to the show. Derrick is an entrepreneur by day and a motivator by 24/7! His company Green One is an Austin based carpet cleaning company looking to expand into other Texas cities. Also he is in the works to diversify his cleaning portfolio to include house keeping. Alvaro says,"Don't waste your energy in your 20's. Save them for when you're 30." Morning meetings start with hit drills.

Our buddy Chris joins the podcast. He's a man of many hats. Realtor, podcaster, father, Pitt Bull look alike.

At 21 you lose your ability to see ghost. Speed has a plot twist where Keanu sees dead people. We learn about spirit cooking, astral projection, and chariots of fire. We welcome our buddy Allen to the show.  Allen was a leasing consultant but was recently promoted to Assistant Property Manager!  Please excuse Rich for eating at the start of the episode.  Of course we're all over the map on this one but one thing that keeps coming up is Allen is Half Jewish and Half Mexican.  So we pry into that and his upbringing. Don't mess with Guero when he's on the grill.  Rick's dad doesn't break character, not even for his own grand daughter.  We learn a lot about Rich that we honestly didn't ask for or what to know. Maintenance and Office staff are ultimately on the same team!
