It seems like the show is taking some sort of break, so we have two episodes that kind of don't really move the plot along; which I suppose we're a little thankful for since our brains could do with a rest before resuming the difficult conversations about the limits of Haruhi's powers!

Join us today as we discuss how easy it is to learn the guitar, the awesomeness of Gurren Laagan, and how you count syllables!

We continue the fun with the SOS brigade, learning a little more about what the hell is actually going on - while not really understanding the information we've been given - and then jumping to an episode where they play baseball...seriously, that's it. They play baseball because she's bored.

Join us as we discuss the potential error we've made by watching the show in broadcast order, and more uncomfortable conversations around inappropriate touching; it's almost like this is going to be a theme of the show or something.

The time has come for us to start a new show, so Colin suggested, The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya. When a show has two potential orders to watch the episodes in, you can colour us intrigued!

Join us for the start of a new season where we discuss really bad acting, 4:3 aspect ratios in the mid 2000s, inappropriate touching, and another talking cat!

We decided that after Ghost Stories we kind of needed a bit of a palette cleanser, so we thought it would be fun to look for something we could discuss in one episode. As usual, much in-depth research was done (please know this is a joke, there was no research done), and we found, Vampire Holmes! An anime that has 2 minute long episodes and is based on a mobile game; the perfect change of pace!

Join us for this special bonus episode where we discuss such topics as the need to read the subtitles and the ability to be a "good detective' by disengaging completely from the investigation.
