We're back with Season 3! And this time we're welcoming Nomi's SIster Emily back into the US from London and Hong Kong (terrible timing, we know...)!
Robert puts the two of them in the Hotseat and asks them some tough questions, as well as some stupid questions just for fun. Find out more about Emily and Nomi... and maybe learn more about yourself? Haha!

Our 40th episode and Season Finale is such a great one!
Nomi & Robert are joined by Kimberly Marsh from The Open Book Company!
Kimberly is a writing coach, editor, ghostwriter and a communications fiend. Oh, and we should mention that she's NOT a New York Times bestselling author (though, she's still a worthwhile human).
Today we're chatting about what it means to be a Creative Person on Sales Media; how to work through Impostor Syndrome, and dealing with the trapping of what Kimberly calls "False Failure".
Let’s use this podcast episode as an example:
Here's a question. If we get zero likes, reactions, or comments on this episode, is it a “failure”? No way! Seriously, how simple and profound is that?!

The News can't stop talking about it. You've been talking about it. Even your Grandma's been talking about it... WHAT happened at the Oscars this year?!
It's been years since we've watched the show, but were both so shocked when we saw the footage ourselves of what wasn't a bit, but a full-on assault.
What are the connotations of actions like this? What does it say about gender roles, black culture, and society as a whole when we reward people who act this way?

Nomi Moore's very own Mother, Mrs. Pamela Moore, joins us for a very special episode. The three of us chat Drag Behaviour, the latest episode of Drag Race (the worst Snatch Game ever?), and Nomi's use of the "dreaded" C-Word!

For today's episode, Nomi & Robert talk about why the Influencer Culture we're inundated by is so damning and destructive to any real sense of organic or meaningful interaction with people, celebrity or not. And let's face it... who's really a celebrity these days when aside from acting, we are all doing the same things when it comes to "Sales Media"?
Oh yeah, we're flipping the script and calling it what it is... "Sales Media". We know how it works, why it works, and we're not going to buy into it anymore. Literally. (BTW: To all you Influencers out there... that's how you're supposed to use the word.)

This episode is all about Nomi's drug use over the years; which seemingly has spanned the gamut with a few intentional omissions. But to be honest, we've all tried a little something here and there, haven't we?
Find out what she's tried, how it's made her feel, and why she does or doesn't feel the need to self-medicate. Eventually reaching the realization that despite having self-medicated for most of her life, Nomi is on the precipice of something big! Hopefully, we all can embrace the good in drug use by erasing the stigma, and no longer focus on what requires the need to medicate to stop feeling bad but to enhance the things that make us feel good.

In Episode 35, Nomi Moore and Robert Fisher talk about the latest in the classic horror franchise, "The Texas Chainsaw Massacre" on Netflix. Better grease up them chains, girl! Spoilers Abound!
Robert of course has issues with the film cause it doesn't have any musical numbers nor does it star Heather Matarazzo. Nomi of course loves it because there's plenty of blood, social commentary, and the indiscriminate and brutal slaughter of poorly-behaved stupid people.
What was your take on this gnarly bloodbath? Who were you rooting for? What would this look like if Leatherface were female? Important questions here, people...
Be sure to catch Nomi on the latest episode on Inside The Drag Closet (Episode 93) LIVE Wednesday, March 2nd at 8:30 pm EST / 5:30 pm PST!

In Episode 34, Nomi Moore and Robert Fisher are back again to talk about their favorite show, RuPaul's Drag Race. Season 14 is up and running, and we've been pleasantly surprised by the level of talent this time around. Let's chat about the Queens! Who is your favorite? Who do you think is going to take the crown? Who do you think is ready to go home?

It's Valentine's Day, and we're both super drunk on Champagne, Wine, and our love for one another. I know... that sounds stupid. But it's true. Today's episode is a deep dive into our relationship, why we think it works, where it started, and what's it even all about. You even get a sneak peek into the beginnings of Mr. & Mrs. to hear how it all started 15 years ago.
Shit... we're old....

Robert and Nomi have been making pretty things, specifically artwork! Robert has been fantasizing about the Disney Fan artspace, specifically with a dream to be a Wonderground artist. Nomi has been creating pieces that speak the many levels of the film Death Becomes Her. Really exciting and invigorating stuff!
But then after making it, we began to wonder...what IS art? Why are we doing this? What's the point? Who do we think we are? Where is this going to live? When does it become something more than what it is now?
That's a lot to unpack, but listen in on our thoughts and ideas about why we as a culture make art, and who it's all for.
