During the seven years she was a caregiver for her late husband, Beverly found a desert of shared experience and self-care advice for the caregiver. Through her expertise and personal story, the book provides knowledge, insights, and emotional fortitude – all needed to face the challenge of caring for and losing a spouse or loved one with dementia. The book is also about the healing power of grief and recovery.
