State opposition leader John Pesutto believes he's made a difference in politics as today marks 12 months to the day that he's been in the job. 

In a wide-ranging interview with Tom Elliott, Pesutto stated whether he can beat Jacinta Allan at the next election and what the "bigger issue" is confronting Victoria.
