Manhood is under all-out assault, but nobody is going after womanhood or certain cultural groups with this level of antipathy. What’s the deal? When it comes to masculinity, conservatives and liberals tend to get it wrong. The Bible doesn’t speak to machismo and aggression. The Bible speaks to categories like faith, work, sacrifice, watchfulness, prayer, headship, and responsibility.
