Research shows that each year millions of Christians leave their local church. They are not leaving Jesus, just the church because of frustration and burnout. This situation has been on my heart for a while and God has given me the words to express why this is really happening. Simply put, it is because the vision of the local church is/was elevated above the vision of the individual church member.
