When it comes to voice over rates, one of the biggest questions is, "why negotiate rates"? Negotiating voice over rates is tricky because most new voice actors don't know how to negotiate proper voiceover rates.

The first question is, why is it so hard for voice actors to set proper pricing, and I think there are two reasons for this.
