"Let go of everything that is not serving you."
How many times have you heard this statement? And how many times have you heard about the consequences of letting go...?
That's right. Every action has a consequence, and "letting go" is no exception. There are consequences you have to face when you let go of the things that are not serving you, and one of them is grief.
In this solo episode, Masako shares her personal experience and insight on the alchemical process of letting go and grieving.

Your life is a reflection of who you are. So when you change yourself, the reflection will also change accordingly.
Because.... everything is energy. Our thoughts, words, and emotions carry a certain frequency, which resonate with those in a similar frequency. So, inevitably, like attracts like. In life, you don't attract what you desire. You attract what you believe and embody.
In this episode, a seeker, Irene Pimentel, shares her spiritual journey, which began at the age of four. Throughout her life, Irene had always felt the need in wanting to help people, but she didn’t know how or in what capacity... until she decided to leave her 30+ year career in finance and started following her curiosity in spirituality, meditation, energy work, and subconscious mind healing.

Brian Martinson started out as a promising young artist with grants and invitations to galleries, artists colonies, and juried art shows. His secret super power for his creativity was alcohol, on which he became dependent along the way. It was great at first, and then, not so great after a while. So he took a break from creating art for a while, which ended up lasting for 28 years. During his dark night of the soul period, he left alcohol behind, got into therapy, started meditation, healed his inner child, rekindled his connection to Higher Power, and... started creating art again. His secret super power for his creativity these days? You've guessed it right - Meditation! And he is now inspired to share not only his artwork but his journey as well.

“Be like water making its way through cracks. Do not be assertive, but adjust to the object, and you shall find a way around or through it. If nothing within you stays rigid, outward things will disclose themselves. Empty your mind, be formless. Shapeless, like water. --- Be water, my friend.” - Bruce Lee

We can't survive without water. In this exquisite episode, a founder and a CEO of Biophilia Parma, Tammy Marshall, shares why water is not only a resource but Source and how we can work with water and create the most amazing life.

What are we here for? Why did we incarnate to Earth this time?
News flash: It is not to sell your soul to a 9 to 5 job for 30 years, barely get by, and live for weekends. ICYMI, we've been living in an artificial 3D matrix where it is normalized to live our life like a slave to "authorities."
The shift in consciousness and the split between the 3D and 5D Earth are happening right now! In this episode, Dr. Kristian Strang shows us a way to shift from living like a slave to living as a divine empowered being of the Light, which is who we truly are.
