I also briefly discuss my history with dieting and weight loss. This isn’t the first time I am attempting this journey. No, I've been down this road before. Like so many who have tried to lose weight and failed, only to try yet another diet, another way of eating, another fad or fast fix, I am familiar with all of it. What makes this time different? Honestly, only time will tell. I am going through this journey in real time just like so many of you out there. And at almost 40, it’s hard. But I will never stop chasing my dreams of being the healthiest version of me I can be.
