When the sailing is not so smooth, we tend to get trapped in an unhealthy mindset, such as:

I've been through some pretty tough times throughout my life and, as an ENFP who doesn't really look back - when I actually do look back, I'm utterly amazed at how my life got SO much better!

This brings up some questions:

• Does life get easier or do we just get better?
• How do we go through the difficulties and keep the right perspective?
• Could an older version of yourself handle the new situation you're getting into NOW?

That's what I'm discussing in this motivational episode, connecting it to my personal story and gem lessons acquired along the way.
