Either he is dragging this out so he can raise money to line his own pockets, or he is coordinating with the billionaire donors who largely own a number of Republican state legislatures to steal the election. Or both. Trump has strong reasons to push both: he is hundreds of millions of dollars in debt, and the day he leaves the presidency several states will probably begin prosecuting him for numerous crimes ranging from bank fraud to tax evasion to rape.
