In this mini-episode of Coffee N. 5, we talk about how, in business, it’s not personal! Host Lara Schmoisman talks about the situations in which business can veer into being too personal. Ways you can stay away from being personal are discussed too — for example, having your rules stated clearly in a client guidebook. That way, in case of any issues or confusion, you can refer back to the guidebook. 

There’s also the risk of taking it personally when a client doesn’t work out. However, a client not working out for you doesn’t necessarily mean there’s anything wrong with you. Again, don’t take it personally!
