A recent study says that half of all college graduates are not even using their degree. As a college professor myself, I have to say that this is the time when we need to do an honet assessment of the pros and cons of going to college.

College is a great experience that provides an infinite number of skills that can help you throughout your life. But it is NOT a place where you should choose a meaningless major and take on an overwhelming amount of debt.

If you focus on these issues and avoid them, college can work for you. If not, then it may be a bad investment.
