Today, we’ll be discussing the case of a woman who left for her lunch break one afternoon in late winter, but never returned. The following day, her body was located in a neighboring state, making the job of identifying her, all the more difficult. Once she was given her name back, authorities became incredibly tight lipped about their investigation, and in turn, her case has not been discussed for decades. But now, over 23 years later, we think it’s time for more information to be released, in hopes that the public might be able to provide aid in solving this mystery.

With seemingly no leads and barely any evidence to work with, the investigation went nowhere, fast. But as authorities interviewed patrons of the bar who were there the night the woman went missing, they discovered that there were several unknown witnesses there as well. And over thirty-one years later, those three individuals have still yet to be identified.

Today, we’ll be discussing the case of a young girl who never returned home from a trip with friends down to Ocean City, Maryland, in celebration of “Senior Week.” Once her body was found, and foul play appeared obvious, authorities had their sights set on a group of individuals from the very beginning. But as time has dragged on, and those early leads seemed to go nowhere, the case received very little media coverage, and hardly any information about the investigation was released to the public. Now, 30 years later, there’s still hope that advancements in DNA technology will help solve this mystery.
