The Empowerment Factory, Pawtucket The Empowerment Factory, which is dedicated to giving children the skills they need to lead happier, healthier lives, needs an office assistant to make phone calls, organize files, perform data entry, transcribe correspondence, write emails, and help with grants/grant reporting. They also need a social media coordinator to manage the organization’s social media accounts and published content, as well as develop a social media strategy and implement a proactive process for capturing online reviews.
