In the season finale of The Wild Adventures Podcast, we speak to another dear friend of mine; Jen Khare. The episodes starts as it Finnishes: full of laughter and random discussions.
We discuss everything from work to which Disney characters we would be. From Scottish actors to her numerous adventures all over the world. If there is one episode that encompasses what an adventurous lifestyle is - I think this may be it.
Jen is an adventurer at heart and in practice. Everything she does is an adventure and I couldn't think of a better person to interview for the final episode of season one.

This is an interview with one of the most influential teachers I ever had growing up. I had many of them, especially seeing as they usually worked with my mum. But this teacher was always very close to my heart.
It means a lot to me that we managed to grow a friendship as I grew old and she grew even more beautiful. So here she is, still teaching me things! Everything from dating advice, to telling us her stories of becoming an American expat in Sweden and London.

Märta Wiberg is a dear friend. We have known each other since we were toots, thanks to our brothers being best friends. As ew grew older we started realising we had as much in common as our brothers did, and became friends.
This episode highlights the things we have in common, but also how amazing Märta is at being a single mother and keeping a positive outlook on life. She is one of my inspirations and constantly motivates me to look outside the box.
Make sure to check her blog out about parenting all over the world.

I had a lovely chat with Ben Wood from Elliswick Lawn Tennis Club in Hertfordshire. It was lovely hearing about his journey into being his own boss and running a successful tennis business.
He also speaks about how mental health is important at all stages of life and about his own journey in realising this.
He highlights two programmes that helped him in the pursuit of a happier and fuller life:
