There’s quite a bit of info covered, and I’m sure it will inspire you to grow and harvest your own lemon balm this year. Enjoy!

This episode isn’t necessarily geared towards herbalism, but it is the part of my story that brought me to herbalism and opened my eyes to the healing powers of nature.
I discuss workplace burnout and how I escaped from the abyss that was pulling me down. I was in a dark place for a time, and I hope this information will help others who may be in similar situations.

Yarrow is a great option for healing wounds and other integumentary issues. This episode focuses entirely on the topical healing properties of yarrow.
Besides, if we were to discuss all the medicinal uses, it would be a super long episode! So just know yarrow offers many benefits to other body systems.
Yarrow is just one example of many herbs that are awesome for wounds, and you might even already have a favorite herb for wound care. But hopefully, after listening today, you will have a new appreciation for this plant.
