After years of walking past a gym in Pacific Beach, Patty finally walks inside and ends up meeting entrepreneur Jay. One conversation turns into a workout, new connections, construction opportunities, ideas for a podcast studio inside an old bank vault, and a potential comedy show.

The Banshee, Patty Boy, is already DMing comedians, talking numbers, looking at calendars, and putting the pieces together for a show with four or five popping comedians, with Patty Boy potentially hosting and keeping the energy moving between sets.

What started as simply checking out a new gym suddenly turned into business ideas, new relationships, podcast opportunities, comedy, and a whole new environment.

Sometimes you just have to get out of the same room.

Walk into a new one.

You never know what happens next.

Summer is almost over, so I’ve been spending as much time outside as possible.

Sometimes you have one of those days where everything happens. You’re having a great time, then suddenly life humbles you a little bit.
