Another summer day in Pacific Beach turned into one of my best surfing days yet. I talk about catching more waves than ever before, meeting locals, watching a beach proposal, teaching kids on boogie boards, conversations with strangers, beach life in Southern California, the Phillies game on the sand, and why sometimes you just have to chase the next wave.

Sometimes the best days happen when you throw the surfboard in the car, stay off your phone, and spend seven hours outside.

Every day feels like another chapter in Groundhog Day… except it keeps getting better.

I stopped into a Boston bar in San Diego, met an 80 year old Vietnam Ranger veteran, talked with people from all over the country, played volleyball at the beach, gave away a boogie board, met a Navy SEAL and his Belgian Malinois, and somehow every random conversation turned into another story. This episode is about getting out of the house, meeting people, protecting your energy, and realizing that some of the best moments in life are the ones you never planned.

One day at the beach turned into a story I’ll never forget. What started as random conversations with a military family from Virginia and a couple from Oregon ended with a complete stranger saving a young kid’s life in the ocean. Sometimes one simple conversation can create a ripple effect you never see coming. This episode is about Southern California, the power of talking to people, paying attention, and the reminder that you never know where one moment can lead.

In this episode, We talk about protecting your energy, cutting back on over explaining, and learn to let the work speak for itself. We get into family, friendships, networking, podcasting, social media, creativity, building relationships, and what it means to stay true to yourself while you’re trying to build something. This isn’t about having all the answers. It’s about figuring things out one conversation at a time, trusting the timing of life, and realizing that not everyone has to understand your journey.
