The X factor. That "je ne sais quoi". Something you can't quite put your finger on, something that's hard to describe, but that pulls you in. What exactly IS the X factor and how do we infuse our creations with it so we have more impact and efficacy as creators? There are two opposite truths: hard is good, hard makes us stronger, push yourself to see what you can do, goals are for who you become in the process–and also: easy is good, the soft life, a firm rejection of 'hustle culture'.
