Will Stubbs (England) is the Managing Director of Zen Golf.   He holds a BSc in Sports Development with Coaching and an MSc in Sports and Execise Science.  His Masters thesis research identified how golf coaching paradigms must change from technique-driven practice to adhere to the dynamic nature where the performer is interacting with the ever-changing environment.  This makes him one of the foremost minds in Skill Acquisition coaching
