If you have been in the investing game for any time at all...you have heard of Bandit Signs. Bandit signs are those coroplast signs, typically 18 x 24 in size, that you find nailed to phone poles or on stakes that you pound into the ground advertising that you buy houses. Bandit signs work. There is no disputing that but the problem with them is the inconvenience and time involved in putting them out and the fact that in many areas, they are a code violation in the city or county so they are taken down sometimes as fast as you can put them up.
