Although “Who holds your history?”  is a theoretical question yet it requires global citizens activating their conscience, emotions, heart, mind, soul, and spirit through The Humanity of Culture lens. Humanity of Culture epitomizes people because they are inextricably linked operating within every geographical space. The Humanity of Culture acts a pretext to articulate stories of global citizens who are profiled by Identities, namely class, culture, ethnicity, gender, hierarchy, ownership, and race which are characteristics that function as points of identification”3 according to Stuart Hall.

Ostensibly,Silence is the absence of ambient audible sound, the emission of sounds of such low intensity that they do not draw attention to themselves, or the state of having ceased to produce sounds; this latter sense can be extended to apply to the cessation or absence of any form of communication, whether through speech or other medium.

Professor Margaret Montoya purports that silence has many meanings.It signifies different things in different cultures. It also  changes depending on the context. Concomitantly, one thing for sure Silence can mean many things especially in interpersonal relationships. It's ambiguous. It can express lots of different emotions ranging from joy, happiness, grief, embarrassment to anger, denial, fear, withdrawal of acceptance or love.

Exponentially, there is a school of thought  that imputes  that within any Cultural environment as a culture evolves, new places, situations, and objects inevitably enter its language, whether or not the culture encounters different people. 

Further to the same after a word enters a language, its meaning can change as through a shift in the valence of its connotations.
 
This hybridization thesis finally argues that local cultures borrow and integrate elements from each other, creating syncretic, or hybrid, forms. This can be evidenced from daily life activities such as popular religious and music life (Holton 2000)
Theoretically, Culture and Hybridisation are two diverse concepts interacting. Although the process by which a cultural element blends into another culture by modifying the element to fit cultural norms.
These theoretical constructs namely Culture and Hybridisation perform different functions however in this context they have one thing in common that is metaphorically global citizens are the conduits whereby Culture and Hybridisation are expressed. 
Importantly,unlike cultural hybridization, which make changes between two cultures and alters them so that they can adapt to the modern panorama, interculturality seeks to make the least amount of alterations among them.

At the outset as a Media Arts and Podcaster practitioner I use colours on a daily basis to communicate. What captivated my attention about colours is its starkness and beauty that constitute any environment and beyond. 

For example, when I look through the window in my study I am in awe at the fact the array and how the varying hues, tones, and shades of colours that affect, comport and compliment that the lawn and the trees. 

This picture  is not a myth nor virtual reality but expresses the authenticity to the importance of colour in my life and presumably global citizens. 

The aforementioned paragraph is the point that frames the parallel for this intellectual conversation namely  The Shades of a Global Culture which is employed as a pretext to answer the philosophically, figuratively, symbolically question in contextAre Children Our Cultural Heritage.

In this space  it is important that we observed the definition Hue which is deemed a term that seems more complicated than it is.  A hue is just a color. More specifically, a hue is any color on the color wheel. There are three primary colours, red, blue and yellow.

There is this belief that people are made up of conscience, emotions, heart, mind, soul, and spirit, according to Craig von Buseck As a Media Arts Specialist License Cultural Practitioner Buseck’s expression activated my intellect to the extent I became very enthralled with the quintessential question “Is There Anything New Under The Sun?” 

This admission I suppose like anything else creates space for an analytical intellectual conversation and in any attempt to fully ventilate this question must  be discussed factually, theoretically, and pragmatically but within a cultural context.
