Wind Down Readings

In this video, I am talking about Letting Go of the people, places and things that are holding you back. Letting go is not the easiest thing to do, but it has to happen at certain times in your life. Letting go and moving forward is yours if you want it. Holding on to the pain, trauma and drama doesn't do anything but keep you stuck. Let's work it out. This is a different episode for me. Usually I'm the one providing help, support and resources for you to move forward, but today I (we) need the help. I'm sharing my story of the issues we're having in our household with our teen daughter. It's my partners daughter, but I'm assisting in raising her. We know all teens will have some types of issues and we understand that. We both were teens once and had different experiences as well. We are adults now who have over 45 years of experience working in social services and with many youth under age 21. Some we have reached and some we didn't. We didn't imagine we'd not be able to handle the one living in our household. So, in this episode I'm asking for help in what to do when your teen doesn't care. This is what I'm able to share of the story. Do share this with others. Thank you.
