We have been in a beautiful phase of transition. It has been very exciting but also very stressful. Today we talk about some of the ways we calm our brains during times of stress and also talk about focusing on the positive and how damn lucky we really are. Today is Meredith's due date and we are eagerly awaiting the arrival of baby Lilou. In the meantime the one and only Alice Wheeler, Meredith's best friend, who also happens to be a labor and delivery nurse has arrived. We talk alot about Alice on the podcast. But now the birth team is assembled and Alice is our guest. We introduce you to how we all met and some of Alice's experiences in birth across different cultures. Cheers!!
