Winning Losers

We run down the NFL schedule, where only a few true contenders have emerged. We also discuss the College Football Playoff, and how routine it has become. We also preview the NBA season and some young teams that could make some noise. Fails include fake Santa accidents, a Brady sack record, and a personal video game fail. We also discuss the journeyman career of Jeff George, and preview the Colts Steelers game. And Winners & Losers this week is fantasy football players.

Chiefs are almost unbeatable, unless they are Facing Las Vegas (who might only be great when facing KC). Tom Brady is having a tough season, but maybe it’s all Bruce Arians fault. The Patriots are back to stinking again, we try to figure out who will win the NFC East, and the Chiefs Raiders game highlight our NFL recap. Almost everyone was wrong about the OSU Indiana game...but not us. Northwestern surprises, and Penn St. loses again. We also talk about the NBA offseason, college basketball returning. Fails include a long wait for some burgers, inappropriate Christmas decorations, an update from one of last week’s fails, and more issues with swingers. We take a look into Len Bias and it leads us down a dark path. We also preview the Chiefs Bucs game, and Winners & Losers focuses on Thanksgiving food.

Pats are still in contention, Ravens are frauds, Cardinals steal a great win, and Bucs looked good, but Antonio Brown is already in the news again. Lots of College games got canceled, and Will Muschamp got fired. Kim Ng was hired as GM of the Marlins and is the first female GM in the big 4 American leagues. We also talk about the news in the NBA, including Houston, where everyone wants to be traded. There were many upsets in college football, and we try to figure out what would have to happen for Cincinnati or BYU to make the college football playoffs. The World Series had a very weird end, the Rays made a disastrous mistake, and Justin Turner celebrated with Covid-19. We start with Antonio Brown’s return, and then cover the rest of the NFL. The Patriots are a dumpster fire right now, as is the NFC East (still). Could all four teams from the NFC West make the playoffs? The Big 10 looked great in its return, led by Michigan, Indiana, Wisconsin, and Ohio State.
