Susie Silver, by way of western Pennsylvania, western New York, Florence, Italy and Spruce Pine, NC, made her way to Raleigh, NC and is a Visual Arts teacher in Cary, NC.  Susie and her wife, Ann, have two kids.  Susie is always looking to give back to her community and she and Ann started Locally Made Market, where local artists can show their wares.  Even though her stops in Florence and spruce Pine, Susie talks about the impact both locations had on her growth as an artist.

In Episode 42 of our Wired 2 Change Podcast, Trinity and Mike talk about Sandler Rules 15-18. All the rules have to do with prospecting, which can be difficult for anyone. Rule #18 talks about how "seagulls" are aspects of our product or service for which the prospect has not yest expressed any need or interest. If you introduce seagulls too early, it may give them a chance to reject your offerings. Rule #15 explains how to give a presentation without giving a presentation. 

In Episode 41 of our Wired 2 Change podcast, Trinity and Mike talk about Sandler Rules #7-10.  All the rules have to do with prospecting, which can be difficult for anyone. Rule #8 talks about the importance of setting the appointment, which is where the sales comes into play.  Up until that point, you are identifying people who could be a prospect. 

In Episode 40, Trinity and Mike talk about the Eisenhower Matrix.  You might know it better as Important and Urgent; Important but not Urgent; Urgent but not Important; or Not Important and Not Urgent.  This is a good exercise to use to track all of your duties, chores, projects. etc.  It will let you know where you might be wasting your time.
