In Episode 76, Trinity and Mike talk with Christine Walorz, owner of Walorz Insurance, about protecting your business and family if something happens to you. In Episode 75, Trinity and Mike talk with Christine Walorz, owner of Walorz Insurance.  Christine focuses on life insurance and tells why it is so important to have life insurance so you can protect your loved ones.  She tells about her journey from 18 years in the corporate world to working for herself and how emotional it is for her to get people insured.

In Episode 74, Trinity and Mike talk with Tom Adams of IWatch Security about business partnerships.  This is Tom's second business with a partner and he said he knew it would go well because he and his partner Brian had known each other for 10 years.  But they spent many hours talking about all the details of the partnership so there would be no surprises.

1) Always take a wing man to a networking event.

2) Pick one person you don't know at the event and walk right up to them and introduce yourself  No thinking.  Period.  Just go up to them.  

In Episode 70, Trinity and Mike talk about how and why you should create an avatar of your ideal client. It helps to know who your ideal client is because then you know who to focus your resources on.  As Trinity says "Your avatar is the filter you are putting your marketing and advertising dollars through."   If you say you can sell to anyone, then you really sell to no one.

We talk about the difference between demographics and psychographics and why you need to know the difference.

In Episode 69, Trinity and Mike talk about working by referrals.  Trinity is a master at this and talks about the difference word of mouth and working by referral.  The difference is when you work by referral,  you and your staff actually ask for the referral.

Trinity's four points about working by referral.

1) Take care of your clients.  The little things like small gifts and handwritten cards make a difference.

2) Your staff must understand what good client service is like and then ask for the referral.

3) You must have a consistent process to take care of your clients.

4) Your referral process must be solid.
