I’ve been fortunate enough to capture some pretty amazing shots of lightning.  I get asked all the time about how I do it and what equipment I’m using.  In leu of the recent storms that went through our state.  I thought this would be a great time to share some of the things that I do and use to capture storm images.

One of those things on my bucket list for this year was going to the Iola Car show for the first time. I love classic cars and have never been to this show. I made it a priority this year to go and see what it was all about and share my experience with you.

My week has be super crazy so this short podcast is a reminder to get out and enjoy summer to its fullest.

Attending a car show is also a great way to get outdoors and see Wisconsin.  There’s really no better time to get out and enjoy the Wisconsin weather and see some great cars. But what if you’ve never been to a car show, what should you do or look for when you’re there.  I’m going to give you 5 tips to help you enjoy going to a car show.

Recently I talked with Justin Poublon from Wisconsin Weather.  Justin is a storm chaser from the Oshkosh area.  He’s chased over 250 storms throughout Wisconsin and he’s sharing his knowledge and experience with everyone through his Facebook page and website.  His goal is to gather information about storms in Wisconsin and share that information with you.

Getting outdoors is all about the experience. Experiencing new trails, new events and new ideas. I believe it is also our responsibility to share our experience with others. Recently, I was able to take my oldest daughter to the Dairyland Super National Truck and Tractor Pull in Tomah, Wisconsin.

We all know that summer goes by faster than any other season in Wisconsin.  Making the most of it should be a priority. On this week's episode I challenge you to add some new things to your outdoor summer agenda.  Make this summer the summer you added variety to your life and try some new things.

Everyone throughout the state of Wisconsin knows that June is a pretty important month.  From dairy breakfasts to farm tours and even 5K events.  There are numerous ways you can get out and see what makes the Dairy State so special.
