With the changing of the seasons from fall into winter, there can be a stretch that I like to refer to as seasonal limbo. I talk about how you can maximize this time to get ready for the winter season.

Just because we get older doesn't mean we stop learning. After attending a lecture on wolves in Wisconsin, I was reminded how important it is to keep learning about the world we live in.

My family loves to plan day trips. When we discussed where to go for a mid September trip, Copper Falls State Park was first on the list. In this episode, I talk about our trip to Copper Falls and all the wonderful things it has to offer you as one of Wisconsin's Outdoor Explorers.
