Leadership is about empowering others assigned to us. Like Jesus, as leaders, we can supply the resources and create the conditions that empower people in their assignment. Today we’re on the 8th letter in entrepreneur, another E  ENTREPRENEUR. (The E is for Empowerment)

Its Greek translation of empowerment is Endunamoo means, “I fill with power, strengthen, make strong.”  

When Jesus commissioned his disciples to reach the world with his message, He gave them the power needed to succeed.  It is the empowering touch and the indwelling presence of the Holy Spirit, that empowers us to serve, impact, and become the people we were meant to be.

As Servant Leaders, everything flows from God himself, including our skillsets and abilities. When we talk about the "Flow", we're talking about channels of communication God has established to work in and through us.  He works through us so that He gets the glory. Therefore as Servant Leaders, it is necessary to examine ourselves for any clogs that may disrupt or impede the flow of work He is doing in and through us.

Servant leadership is more about your service to the one who's appointed you to servanthood, not about the position of the leadership of others. It is important to understand that the servant is about the appointment, the leadership is about the assignment.
