Welcome to Wisdom Today with Bill Kelley. Today we will be going over Proverb 4. I will then key in on verses 10-13. Verse 10 tells us that if you read scripture on a regular basis that you will live a long life. Verse 12 tells us that if you read scripture your steps will not be hindered when you walk - and when you run you will not stumble. Verse 13 tells us that following the instructions given to us in the Bible are our life - and we are not to let go of these instructions. On today's podcast we will continue our study of the Gospel, according to Luke. Today we will be going over verses 5-11. This passage of scripture is entitled Faith and Duty. Verse 5 is interesting - in this verse the apostles ask Jesus to increase our faith. Friends, this is something worth considering carefully. If the apostles - who followed Him every day, saw Him heal people, saw Him multiply the loaves of bread and the fish, watched Him produce great wine out of regular water couldn't have faith, how can we possibly have faith today? By the end of today's lesson there are three things I ask that you consider:
1. Even faith the size of a tiny mustart seed can do wonderful things.
2. We all have certain things that we have been called to do.
3. Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you shall have them.
Scriptures referenced on today's podcast:

Call to Action - I am going to encourage each one listening to this podcast today to consider beginning to read scripture (the Bible) on a DAILY basis - even if it is for only five minutes.
