I begin this episode by sharing a "bad food" day, and how it was a beautiful compliment of my feelings (heart), my thoughts (mind), and my actions (body). This same combination which led to a disappointing day in my health journey, is the exact same combination we can all leverage to accomplish our plans for self-improvement and behavioral change.
