This suite complements the Digital Competencies Curriculum by translating each module into a coherent set of innovative, reusable and pilot-ready learning resources that combine gamification, interactive digital tools, real-world case studies and simulations, while remaining adaptable to different VET contexts and levels. The suite is designed explicitly to support VET learners aged 16–24 with uneven prior access to technology, and to modernise delivery through project-based learning and interactive resources aligned to DigComp.
Welcome to our special episode on the future of vocational education and digital skills! Today, we're diving into the Tech-Up project, an initiative aimed at equipping vocational education and training (VET) students with essential skills in artificial intelligence, data analysis, and digital tools.
The Tech-Up team developed a comprehensive digital competencies curriculum, designed to bridge the gap between what students learn in school and what employers need in the workplace. This curriculum isn't just about theory—it includes practical exercises, interactive resources, and even gamified activities, all aligned with the European Digital Competence Framework.
