I've been hearing a lot of people in their late twenties struggling to settle down/ find a partner. Are we doing this right? Is there a right way to do it? Is patience really a virtue? 

In this episode, I share my experiences of how I started therapy and the importance of keeping your mental health in check. Because life happens, and if we can make it just a little easier for us, why not? Psychologists are an integral part of society and they are doing some good work out there. I dedicate this episode to my therapist :)
