Thank you for joining us for our latest Withstand Podcast. Well, well, well. (or as I often say, well – thrice). What a week, eh?!

Trump has painted the nation of America red and while he will soon be elected the 47th President of the United States, what shall we say about each of the candidates who ran for President this year? What shall we say about their character? We take a look at how character is viewed through both a Christian and a secular lens and we'll stress-test these attributes against both candidates, plus Hollywood Actor Neal McDonough and Hollywood (Adjacent) Actor, Director and Writer, Ricky Gervais.

We then continue our Bible reading through the Book of Psalms and The Acts of the Apostles and finish up with a prayer that God would purify our own character. It’s all well and good for me to talk about the character of others, but it’s my own character that needs purifying by the day – actually, by the hour if I’m honest!
