Congress has officially passed the $1.9 trillion American Rescue Plan. The House passed the bill on Wednesday, which now heads to President Biden's desk to be signed into law Friday. Peoria fire crews responded to Allied Iron and Steel Wednesday morning for a scorching fire that caused multiple road closures. The Battalion Chief on scene told our crews the flames were caused by "spontaneous combustion." All roads have since been reopened.
