Peekskill Chief of Police, Adam Renwick, says his office is fully cooperating with an investigation after a video was released earlier this month that appears to show an officer hitting and using a Taser on a man who was being placed under arrest.
The incident on December 3rd has been referred to the Westchester County District Attorney’s Office for investigation. But the man being arrested in the video and his family still have more questions than answers.
