In this episode the guys dive into what determines if something is a problem, and how we can become trained to collect a lot of problems….which is problematic!
Seeing the world only in black and white is very restrictive and causes a host of mental health problems so in this episode the guys speak about current, real world events and how we can change the lens we look through in order to feel better.
In this episode the boys discuss the different attributes that we can consciously cultivate within ourselves to feel more at peace and make it easier to move through our lives.
One close to the heart this week as Nick’s brother James joins the boys as a guest to talk about his work as a teacher and also the work he is doing through his social media to spread some positivity in the world.
Raunchy, rude, ridiculous, right out there…..this episode took a very interesting turn and could’ve easily derailed but the boys dug in and got things back on track for what will probably go dowan as one of the best episodes yet!
The guys are joined by Eliza Cox, director of the wonderful new documentary “Queens of Concrete” follows three young girls as they evolve into young women over a 7 year period in which they endeavour to make it to the Olympic Games in Tokyo to represent Australia in Skateboarding. A really insightful conversation about growing up, dealing with adversity, and the pressure of attaining lofty heights.
Nick realised that they had never covered politics or religion in any episode, and they still haven’t really! This is a bit of a random episode where they venture in and out of different topics but as always, it comes back to how we can turn up as our best selves.
In this episode the guys finally get around to diving deeper into meditation, discussing the different forms, how it helps us to feel better, and ways in which we can incorporate it into our lives.
The boys are back after a bit of a hiatus and get straight back to business, discussing the dynamics of the relationships we coexist in and exploring what is it that we’re bringing to the table.
Scott joins the guys on this episode and shares his incredible journey of recovery from deep drug addiction to living life feeling fulfilled, connected and clean. An amazing listen for everybody, not just those struggling with addiction.
