Cassidy Celeste, a member of the NCSU wolfpack, had her life planned out until a medical illness suddenly hit her. While the quarantine is a temporary situation, Cassidy's situation is long-term and knows very well what it is like to have a life she had once known turn upside down. Listen to Cassidy's advice on how she managed to stay strong and push forward to make the best of her life, from adjusting to major life changes, to conversing with support groups, to truly allowing herself to feel her emotions, to creating her own routines and happiness. We heard Liv Adam’s awesome success with co-ops and Tesla (check out episode 38), but we have another amazing NCSU alum success story highlighting the power of co-ops! Terence Chandler, an Electrical Hardware Engineer at Northrop Grumman, took a leap with the co-op program - literally - and had to move to Cincinnati, OH. Even though he had to adjust to a new environment (and -10 degree weather), Terence gained valuable work and life experience with a better sense of self. By pushing himself out of an introverted comfort zone, he learned that he could adapt to a new social, professional, and personal life to enjoy the process and make the most of his experience!

Have you ever sat down and wondered "what am I going to do when I graduate?" For those who have, you are not alone! Amy Woff, the competition Senior Coordinator at Major League Soccer in New York, took an unexpected career turn to get her leadership position.
