The downfall of cider in this country is a multi-pronged sword with reasons ranging from temperance evangelists to federal legislation to immigration to harvest timing. It’s not just one chop of the axe. We have seen a rise, a fall, and new rise of cider in the US and for this episode I finish out the story.
