Formula 1, as well as many other motorsports, does not have gender separation when it comes to qualifications for a seat -- meaning that women are able to compete at the highest level. We're continuing to see new initiatives aimed at bringing more women into the sport as a whole, and closer to that coveted F1 seat. But did you know that five women have already competed in F1? Today, we're taking a deep dive into those pioneers, the women that came after them, and the future getting a little brighter for the next generation of women on the grid.
